Gayathri Govardhana

Gayathri Govardhana is a seasoned professional with a robust background in strategic management and consulting. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Strategic Projects Manager in the CEO’s Office at HireQuotient since June 2022, Gayathri is also a founding team member of the organization. Prior to this role, Gayathri co-founded The Learners' Society and held consulting positions at Auctus Advisors, where responsibilities included both Consultant and Associate Consultant roles. Initial career experience includes a Management Trainee position at Bajaj Auto Ltd and a Summer Intern role with Tata Administrative Services. Educational credentials include an M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (2016-2018) and an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vasavi College of Engineering (2012-2016).
