Aleksei Nazarov

Aleksei Nazarov has extensive work experience in software development and technical consultation. Aleksei currently serves as the Software Development Team Lead and Software Engineer at HireRight, where they lead a group of software engineers, manages their performance, and supports the development and maintenance of background check workflows and business processes. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead SAP HCM Technical Consultant at Pasafin Oy from 2016 to 2021, where they provided technical expertise in SAP HCM, coordinated projects and teams, and developed integrations with third-party systems. From 2008 to 2017, they worked as an SAP HCM Technical Consultant/Senior Technical Consultant at NorthgateArinso, participating in HRIS rollouts and building custom HR applications. Aleksei also has experience as a Senior Software Developer/Team Lead at Webmedia from 2006 to 2008, where they designed and developed complex enterprise software systems using Java EE, and as a Software Developer at WM-data from 2001 to 2006, where they developed web and desktop applications using Java and implemented GUI and database access components.

Aleksei Nazarov completed their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from the University of Tartu from 1999-2008. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Estonian Business School, which they completed between 2011 and 2014. Alongside their formal education, Aleksei also obtained certifications in various subjects such as Identity and Access Management, Advanced Scrum, Basics of Scrum, and Learning Jenkins.
