Karen Sanders has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Karen is currently working at HireRight as the Global Director of Talent Acquisition, where they lead the global talent acquisition efforts for the company. Prior to this, Karen worked at Guidehouse as the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, Healthcare, Digital, Commercial and Public Sector, where they led a team of 18 for the building of the commercial and public sector for the healthcare practice. Before that, they were the Healthcare Practice Talent Acquisition Lead/Senior Manager at Guidehouse, where they managed a team of 9 recruiters supporting the global healthcare practice. Karen also has experience working at Aetna as the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition Relationship Lead, Consumer, Healthagen, and OCMO, where they led a team of executive and professional recruiters. Karen has also worked at The Hartford as an Executive Recruiter, at Taylor Winfield as an Associate VP, at kbsanders executive search as an Executive Director, and at Highland Partners (Now Heidrick & Struggles) as an Associate. Karen has a strong background in talent acquisition and has worked in various industries such as healthcare, consumer, and commercial segments.

Karen Sanders holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance/Economics from James Madison University. Karen also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Management from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University. Additionally, Karen Sanders has obtained a certification in Advanced Talent Strategy from Wharton Executive Education's LinkedIn Paths program in 2022.
