Manager Account Management at HireRight

Magdalena Malcher has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as Manager of Account Management at HireRight since September 2013, after progressively advancing through roles including Team Leader and Account Manager. Prior to this, Magdalena was self-employed from September 2010 to September 2013 as a Business English Trainer and Translator. Additional experience includes teaching Medical English at Deutsch for European Union projects and working as a Customer Service Advisor at Capgemini in 2010. Magdalena holds a Master degree in English and a Bachelor degree in English from University of Silesia in Katowice, along with a postgraduate degree in International Commerce from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
