Paolo Dirosa

Paolo DiRosa is an experienced professional in the fields of information security and retail management. Currently serving as Manager of Information Security GRC at HireRight since January 2021, Paolo possesses a strong background in security analysis. Prior to this role, Paolo spent nearly eight years at ZWILLING J.A. Henckels LLC, advancing from Associate Retail Manager to overseeing key operations including budgeting, financial reporting, and store audits while managing multiple retail locations. During this tenure, Paolo also directed the opening of five new retail sites and organized company-wide leadership conferences. Additional early experience includes conducting market research as an intern at Ampacet. Paolo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from Marist University.
