Anurag Dixit

Anurag Dixit has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Anurag co-founded and served as CEO at HireSure.ai, a complete compensation platform that enables hiring teams to benchmark and communicate job offers. At HireSure, Anurag developed CompUp, a comprehensive compensation management solution that provides valuable insights through compensation data. Prior to HireSure, they co-founded and served as CEO of Opulent for three years. Anurag also worked as a Business Analyst at RedSeer Consulting and completed a summer internship at Reliance.

Anurag Dixit pursued a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 2011 to 2015.
