Saikat Samanta

Saikat Samanta has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Saikat started as an Engineering Trainee at CAPTIVA ENERGY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in August 2019 and worked there until March 2020. Saikat then interned as a MERN Developer at Gigsy India from June 2020 to December 2020. In 2021, Saikat worked as a Web Developer at Manufac Analytics, where they used React, Node.js, Express, and Postgresql. From February 2022 to April 2022, they worked as an Application Developer at Web Idea Solution LLP. Saikat then moved on to Brainium Information Technologies as a Software Developer from April 2022 to January 2023. Currently, Saikat holds the position of Senior Software Engineer at both HireSure.ai (YC S22) and Recro, starting in February 2023.

Saikat Samanta completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (formerly WBUT) from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their High School degree in Science from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education from 2012 to 2014. Saikat completed their Secondary education from the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education from 2006 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Saikat Samanta has also obtained advanced certifications in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js from Cutshort in January 2023.
