Willow McGuane

Willow McGuane is an experienced professional in operational management, currently serving as the Director of Payment and Compliance Operations at Tend since May 2022, after holding the position of Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Willow spent five years at Fama Technologies Inc., where responsibilities included Customer Support Manager and Technical Operations Manager, focusing on AI solutions for identifying problematic behavior in hiring processes.
