James Langanke is a seasoned change consultant and advocate for inclusivity with extensive experience in various sectors including aged care, disability, and organizational change. As Co-Founder of Fire up Solutions since September 2019, James focuses on enhancing human-centric approaches within complex regulatory environments. Currently serving as a Support Worker at Hireup since January 2023, James is dedicated to promoting independence and equity for individuals with disabilities. James also held managerial positions at Woolworths Limited and Qantas Airways, where significant contributions were made in change management and operational support.
