Michelle Champ

Michelle Champ currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Services at Hireup, a leading for-purpose technology startup in Australia focused on empowering individuals with disabilities. In addition to this role, Michelle holds positions as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Netball NSW and as a Non-Executive Director at the Asylum Seekers Centre. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Greengate Group, where a key achievement was managing the successful sale to Australian Unity, and as General Manager of Finance at Bauer Media Australia. Michelle's earlier roles also include financial management positions at ACP Magazines and Boral. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Western Sydney University, is a Fellow of CPA Australia, and completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
