Joe Paiva

Joe Paiva serves as Chief Operating Officer at Fearless and as Managing Partner at CoFoundr Capital, a public benefit corporation focused on creating an Impact Fund for small federal tech services companies. Paiva is the creator and host of "A Deeper Look" on Federal News Network, aiming to increase public awareness of federal agencies' impacts. In addition to roles at the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council and as a Public Sector Advisor Board Member at HireVue, Paiva led HireVue's growth in the public sector and previously drove significant advancements in IT as Chief Information Officer for the International Trade Administration. Additional experience includes cybersecurity work with the U.S. Army Cyber Command and leadership roles at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management and Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and attendance at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
