Katherine Green, M.A., is a seasoned professional with over twelve years of experience in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Leadership Development. Currently serving as the Manager of Science Services at HireVue, Katherine plays a pivotal role in consulting with HR and Talent Acquisition partners to enhance organizational talent strategies and leading transformative SaaS projects. As a Leadership and Executive Coach, Katherine operates their own coaching practice, drawing on extensive experience with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies. Previous roles include Consultant and Global Project Manager at DDI, as well as consulting and coaching positions at Camp Casey. Katherine also has a background in wealth management and real estate, highlighting a diverse skill set that spans multiple industries.
