Kyle Custer

Kyle Custer, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kyle most recently worked at HireVue as the Director of Sales Enablement starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Manager of Sales Enablement at HireVue from July 2020 to February 2024. Before joining HireVue, Kyle worked at iCIMS as a Sales Enablement Manager from May 2019 to July 2020. Kyle also worked at iCIMS as a Recruitment Strategy Analyst from April 2017 to March 2019 and as an Account Executive from November 2015 to April 2017. Prior to their time at iCIMS, Kyle worked at Randstad Work Solutions as a Branch Manager from July 2011 to November 2015 and as an Assistant Branch Manager from September 2010 to June 2011. Kyle also worked at Randstad US as a Senior Staffing Manager from May 2010 to September 2010 and as a Senior Staffing Consultant from January 2008 to May 2010.

Kyle Custer, PHR obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in International Business from King's College in the years 2003-2007. In addition, they obtained the PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute in January 2013 and a certification in Learning Video Production and Editing from Lynda.com in 2018.
