Tom Cornell

Tom Cornell is a seasoned professional in organisational psychology with extensive experience in implementing AI-powered solutions. As the Client Solutions Director at HireVue since May 2018, Tom has played a pivotal role in expanding operations across Europe and the APAC region, focusing on multi-country implementations and local thought leadership. Prior to this, Tom worked as Head of Assessments for APAC, driving regional growth through strategic partnerships. Tom's expertise was further honed at MindX, where contributions included the integration of systems following the company's acquisition by HireVue, and at The Chemistry Group, emphasizing the importance of optimal role placement for organizational success. Tom holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, and recently completed the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme at Saïd Business School.
