Eliza Sindelar

Eliza Sindelar has two years of work experience in the Human Resources and Professional Services field. In 2020, they began working at Hirewell as a Lead Recruiter in Human Resources. In this role, they managed a portfolio of candidates and clients, sourced and screened potential candidates, oversaw the hiring process from interview through the offer stage, built close partnerships with clients, and provided job market insights. Areas of focus included HR Generalists, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, and Administration & Executive Assistants.

Prior to Hirewell, Eliza worked at TEKsystems as a Digital and Creative Recruiter from 2018-2020. In this role, they were responsible for growing TEKsystems consultant base and resource offerings in the interactive, creative and digital marketing spaces in Chicago. Eliza also provided career advising for web designers and developers across the Greater Chicago Area.

Eliza Sindelar attended Shaker Heights High School from 2010 to 2014 and the University of Dayton from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Marketing.
