Matthew Tokarz

Matthew Tokarz has a background in digital marketing, technology, and recruitment. Matthew began their career in 2008 as the Head Tech at Carthage College, where they were responsible for the on-the-job training and mentoring of new office staff. In 2010, they worked as a Leadership/Expansion Consultant for Delta Upsilon International Fraternity and as a Student Teacher at Lakeview Technology Academy and Mahone Middle School. In 2011, they took on the roles of Interim Database Manager and Assistant Director of Development at Carthage College. In 2013, they joined Instant Technology as a Digital Lead and Senior Corporate Recruiter/Business Development Manager. In 2014, they took on the role of Senior Recruiter/Account Manager on behalf of McDonald's Corporation through Instant Technology. In 2018, they joined Hirewell as the Director of the Marketing Practice and Lead Recruiter for Digital Experience, Marketing, and Technology. In 2020, they joined Careerwell as an Advisor + Content Creator.

Matthew Tokarz received their Bachelor of Arts in Broad Field Social Studies and Secondary Education from Carthage College in 2010. Prior to this, they attended James B. Conant High School. No additional certifications were obtained.
