Raven Austell has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Raven began their career in 2003 as a Payroll Assistant/Administrator Assistant for Telecom. In 2005, they joined the Forest Preserve District of Cook County - Legal Department as a Human Resources Assistant/Stenographer. In 2012, they moved to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a Human Resources Specialist/Marketplace Administrator. In 2014, they became a Human Resources Specialist for HMR Designs. In 2015, they were hired by Comcast as a Divisional HR Generalist. In 2017, they joined CKL Engineers, LLC as an HR Specialist/Operations. In 2018, they began working for SNI Companies as an HR Generalist/Recruiter. In 2019, they moved to Dennemeyer as an HR Generalist/Recruiter. In 2021, they were hired by Coates Group as a Talent Acquisition Lead. Currently, they are a Lead Recruiter, Managed & On Demand Recruiting for Hirewell.
