Richard Maltz

Richard Maltz has worked in the recruitment and staffing industry since 2012. In 2016, they began working for Hirewell as Vice President of Marketing Recruitment, Director of Marketing Practice, and Lead Recruiter for Digital, Marketing, and Technology. From 2012 to 2016, they were employed by Instant Technology as Senior Corporate Account Manager and Technical Recruiter and Senior Technical Recruiter. In 2013, they began working with Allstate and Instant Technology as a Corporate Technical Recruiter. In 2014, they began working with McDonald's Corporation as a Senior Corporate Account Manager and Recruiter. During their time at McDonald's, they were responsible for generating over $1 million in direct-hire placement revenue.

Richard Maltz obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2005 and 2010, with a focus in Finance, Banking, and Marketing. Richard attended Downers Grove South from 2000 to 2004. In June 2021, they obtained a Demand Generation Certification from Sales Assembly.
