Stephen O'Brien

Stephen O'Brien has over 8 years of professional experience in the recruitment and technology industries. Stephen began their career in 2012 as a Recruiting Intern at Mutual of Omaha. In 2014, they moved on to United Airlines as an Information Technology Intern. In 2015, they joined Hirewell as a Director of the Technology Practice, a Lead Recruiter / Account Manager, a Senior Recruiter, and a Technical Recruiter. As a Lead Recruiter / Account Manager, Stephen was responsible for helping clients large and small grow their organizations by recruiting top-tier talent. Stephen was also tasked with having a broad impact across all facets of their organization, solving whatever hiring challenges they had.

Stephen O'Brien completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Informatics at Indiana University Bloomington from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Maine South High School from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained an Account Manager / Customer Success Certification from Sales Assembly in November 2021.
