Kristina Holysheva

Kristina Holysheva has a diverse work experience in the field of design recruitment and mentoring. Kristina is the Founder & Lead Design Recruiter at Hirey I Design Recruiters, where they operate as a design recruitment partner for clients worldwide. Prior to this, they worked at Google as a UX Recruiter. Kristina also has experience as a Global Talent Lead, Design at SoftServe, where they were responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives in the design field. In addition, they have worked as a Technical & Design Sourcer, Recruiter, and Lead at SoftServe. Apart from their recruitment roles, Kristina Holysheva has worked as a Translator at CodeGalaxy.io and is currently a Co-Founder at uwwa, as well as a Mentor at adplist.org.

Kristina Holysheva attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2016 to 2018, where they studied Computer Science. Before that, from 2012 to 2016, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Romance Languages and European Literature from Kyiv National Linguistics University. Kristina also obtained additional certifications, including an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification from IBM in 2020 and a Human Resources: Diversity Recruiting certification from LinkedIn in 2019.
