Becca Noland, SHRM CP

Becca Noland, SHRM CP, has been in the Human Resources field for over a decade. Becca began their career in 2008 as the Director of Performing Arts Operations at the California Center for the Arts, Escondido. In 2013, they were promoted to Assistant Director of Education at the same organization. In 2017, they moved to HiringThing as the Human Resource Manager.

Becca Noland, SHRM CP has a diverse educational background. Becca obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts with an emphasis in Acting and Education from the same institution in 2008. In 2016, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University. Most recently, they earned their SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2020.
