Yevhen Kysylevskyi

Yevhen Kysylevskyi is a Co-Founder of Hiringwise, an independent technical recruitment provider, and Talentwise, which focuses on employee risk management systems, both from October 2023 and February 2016, respectively. Kysylevskyi has over 10 years of expertise in technical recruitment across the EMEA and North America markets. Additionally, Kysylevskyi co-founded DEKA, an outsourcing company specializing in Ukrainian architecture and engineering talent. Previous roles include Product Owner at DTEK, where management of a reputation platform was key, PR Director at Terra Food, and Group Account Director at Noblet Media CIS, serving high-profile clients. Kysylevskyi holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' along with an Advanced Certificate in Public Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
