Andrew Keller

Andrew Keller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Andrew started their career with Monture Creek Land Management in 2013, where they worked as a Forest Pest Management employee. In 2015, they joined the University of Montana as an Office Work Study, assisting with data entry and office tasks. Later that year, they took on the role of Interm Budget/Office Manager - University Relation & Integrated Communications at the same university, managing budgets and accounts across multiple departments.

In 2016, Andrew joined Aston Carter as a Technical Recruiter, where they conducted interviews and reference checks for candidates sourced through various methods. Andrew also provided feedback to both contractors and clients to ensure job expectations were met. In 2017, they transitioned to Aerotek as an On-Premise Associate, responsible for overseeing weekly payroll and acting as a liaison between the client and contractors.

Andrew then joined ClassPass in 2018 as a Recruiter, responsible for recruiting and hiring employees. Andrew was later promoted to Senior Recruiter in 2019, where they continued to contribute to the recruitment process until December 2021.

Most recently, in January 2022, Andrew joined Hiro Systems as a Senior Recruiter.

Andrew Keller attended the University of Montana from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Management and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing.
