Natalie Powers is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and marketing, currently serving as the Practice Director for Marketing, Product, Digital, & Communications at Versique Search & Consulting since February 2023. Prior to this role, Natalie worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BlueOwl, focusing on recruiting for digital, product, UX, and growth marketing teams, and as Talent Acquisition Lead at Sentera, where significant contributions included developing the organization’s inaugural talent acquisition strategy. Previously, Natalie held various positions at Robert Half, where accomplishments included achieving $3M in sales and receiving multiple awards for performance. Early career roles include positions at HL Media, NBC Universal, RPM Connect, and Ultra Creative. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
