Sheila Smiley has an extensive work experience in the field of marketing and media. Sheila is currently employed as the SVP of Media & Digital at Hirons since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Midwest Technical Institute from June 2016 to January 2020. Before that, they served as the eMarketing Director at J.D. Byrider from May 2012 to June 2016. Sheila also worked as the Global eMarketing Manager at Harlan Laboratories, Inc. from March 2010 to May 2012. Sheila has also held positions such as Senior Media Strategist at MediaSauce from October 2007 to March 2010, Media Supervisor at Hirons & Company from August 2003 to September 2007, Media Buyer at Bates USA from January 2003 to August 2003, and Media Buyer at MZD Advertising from October 2000 to December 2002.

Sheila Smiley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from the University of West Florida. In addition, they have obtained various certifications in the field of digital marketing, including a Certificate in Digital Media and Marketing from Duke University. Sheila also holds certifications from Market Motive in Content Marketing, Mobile Marketing, PPC, Conversion Optimization, Display Advertising, SEO, and Digital Marketing Foundations. Furthermore, they are a certified Sitecore Marketer.
