Molly O'Neill

Molly O'Neill currently serves as Executive Vice President at Hirsch Leatherwood, a position held since January 2025. Previously, O'Neill was the EVP and Managing Director for AGAR in New York City from May 2019 to January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as EVP and US MarComms Practice Leader at Hill+Knowlton Strategies from May 2014 to May 2019 and as Managing Director for Consumer Lifestyle & Wellness at DEVRIES GLOBAL from September 2006 to May 2014. O'Neill is an alumnus of Mount St. Mary's University.
