Luis Daniel Roque

Luis Daniel Roque is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the Managing Owner and a founding partner of HIS Capital Group since January 2011, Luis Daniel Roque specializes in analyzing and structuring acquisitions of residential and commercial real estate projects in both the US and Europe. In addition to this role, Luis Daniel Roque co-founded HIS Capital Funding in April 2014, where efforts focus on developing innovative mortgage products for emerging real estate developers in California and Florida. Additionally, as a Managing Member of HIS Realty LLC since December 2017, contributions continue to shape the real estate landscape. Prior to these ventures, Luis Daniel Roque served as VP Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer at Bank of America from January 2001 to 2009 and holds educational credentials from California State University, Fullerton.
