The Company operates through three business segments. The Heat Exchanger segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of plate-type heat exchangers that heat and cool fluids. The Process Engineering segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of sterilizers such as retort foods, sterilizers for pharmaceuticals and finishing equipment for textiles. The Valve segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of ball valves used to control various fluids. In addition, the Company is also engaged in operation of sanitary valves, dairy products and pharmaceuticals, conductivity sensors, as well as plant construction and power generation businesses.
