Franziska Beran

Franziska Beran has had a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Franziska began their career in 2010 as a Trainee Maklerbetreuerin at Mannheimer Versicherung AG. After that, they worked as a Direktionsbeauftragte Maklervertrieb/ Maklerbetreuerin in the same company from October 2012 to June 2015. In 2015, they joined Hiscox Germany as an Underwriter gewerbliche Sachversicherungen und Zielgruppenkonzepte until December 2016. Then, they took on the role of Business Development Underwriter Special Risks from January 2017 to December 2018. Franziska continued their career at Hiscox SA as a Business Development Underwriter Special Risks from January 2019 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Online Broker & Partnerships at Hiscox Germany starting from March 2023.

Franziska Beran attended the DHBW Mannheim from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Versicherungswesen. Additionally, they completed the Ausbildereignungsprüfung at the IHK Darmstadt Rhein Main Neckar in 2010.
