Alastair Burns

Alastair Burns is an experienced leader in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of Broker Relations for Hiscox since September 2022. Previously, Alastair has held key leadership roles, including Founding Partner and Director at Axiome Partners, and Director for Tensorflight. Alastair's extensive background includes serving as Chief Marketing Officer at The Hartford, where leadership was provided for the Future @ Lloyd’s team, and at Navigators, where a successful marketing strategy was developed for expansion into new markets. Alastair also led significant initiatives at Willis as Managing Director - Global Placement, and at Marsh in various senior roles focusing on consumer, private equity, and placement strategy. Alastair's education was completed at the London Business School from 1999 to 2000.
