Bruno Santos

Bruno Santos is a seasoned Senior Software Quality Assurance Manager at Hiscox since February 2022, leading QA/Testing projects across Europe and managing teams and 3rd party suppliers while being a member of the European Management Team. Additionally, Bruno serves as the Financial Director and board member for the PSTQB - Associação Portuguesa de Testes de Software since April 2024. Prior roles include Manager at everis, where Bruno headed Quality Assurance for HPC Lisbon and was a trainer for the ISTQB Foundation Level, and extensive management positions at Novabase, overseeing Quality Assurance in Financial Services and various testing initiatives. Bruno's early career includes consulting roles at WeDo, NOESIS Portugal, and Rumos, with a strong foundation in IT and programming. Education includes a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Atlântico Business School and certifications in English from the University of Cambridge.
