Chris Light is an accomplished Scrum Master and Agile Coach with extensive experience in driving Agile delivery and digital transformation across various organizations. Currently at Hiscox since November 2022, Chris previously served as a Scrum Master at Funding Circle UK and as Lead Scrum Master at The AA, where the focus was on enhancing Agile practices to optimize digital product delivery. With a strong background in campaign management and optimization, Chris held significant roles at Aimia Inc, leading cross-functional teams and implementing a Scaled Agile Marketing framework for the Nectar Loyalty Scheme. Additional experience includes coaching and change management roles at Direct Line Group and earlier positions in campaign management at Groupe Aeroplan. Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Lancaster University.
