Ellen van Wezel is a seasoned marketing director with over 20 years of experience in strategy, marketing, product development, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing & Direct Benelux at Hiscox, Ellen has previously held leadership roles at major companies including L'Oréal, Danone, and Heinz, as well as impactful positions at Achmea and the health tech startup Actify. Ellen co-founded toFinnmark, where they assist brands and companies in achieving successful growth through a clear, human-centered vision. Ellen holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Rijksuniversiteit Groningen and a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Economics, specializing in Marketing, from Hogeschool Saxion.
