Head, Service Delivery, DPD, Hiscox USA at Hiscox

Sarah Gooding is the current Head of Service Delivery for DPD at Theircox USA. Sarah has been with Theircox since August of 2017, and in their current position since January of 2020. Prior to their current role, Sarah served as the Change Manager and Lean Manager for Theircox USA.

Sarah began their career in customer service, working for Lloyds TSB from January 2004 to September 2007. Sarah then held a series of positions in various companies, including Business Analyst at Accenture and Senior Healthcare Support Worker at St. Luke's Healthcare. In February 2008, they became the Assistant Secretary to Trust Secretary at Essex Wildlife Trust. In January 2006, they began working as Acting Assistant Manager at After Office Hours.

Sarah is highly skilled in change management, process improvement, and project management. Sarah has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all employees have a positive experience.

Sarah Gooding attended the University of Roehampton, where they earned a first class BSc in Psychology. Sarah then attended the Gilberd School.
