Stephen Faulkner

Stephen Faulkner has over two decades of experience in IT infrastructure and support. Currently serving as a Senior Citrix Infrastructure Specialist at Hiscox since July 2009, Stephen specializes in a variety of technologies including Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Citrix products, and Ivanti User Workspace Manager. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Senior Support Analyst at Boogaloo IT, an IT support business owned by him, and served as a Support Specialist at Powergen \ E.ON, where responsibilities included high-level system support. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Infrastructure Design Analyst and Support Analyst at TXU Europe, as well as serving as a Retail Store Manager at Vodafone, showcasing a diverse background in technical support and team management.
