Susann Ohlerich

Susann Ohlerich has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-Leiterin at HiSolutions AG since February 2018, after progressing through roles such as Personalreferentin and HR-Assistent. Prior to this, Susann worked at coolmoves GmbH as Personalassistentin, focusing on recruiting and personnel administration from October 2015 to February 2018. Susann also held the position of Teammanagerin at Immobilien Service Deutschland GmbH from November 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities included infrastructural property management and team management. Earlier experience was gained at readybank ag during a dual study program from October 2006 to October 2009, involving active and passive business and human resources. Susann holds a Master of Arts in Arbeits- und Personalmanagement from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and a Bachelor of Arts in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
