Tanya Azuaje is a skilled consultant and program manager with extensive experience in democratic governance, minority rights, and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as a Consultant Forestry Grant Portfolio Associate at the Hispanic Access Foundation, Azuaje manages grants for urban tree canopy projects in Hispanic and Latino communities. Previous roles include Governance Program Manager at Counterpart International, where Azuaje oversaw civil society strengthening programs across various countries and worked on conflict-sensitive approaches for USAID projects.
