Hispanic Federation
Fernando Aguilar serves as the Director for Contracts and Grants at the Hispanic Federation since September 2017, where responsibilities include leading grantmaking initiatives and liaising with major stakeholders. Previously, Fernando worked as a Development Officer at Asian Americans for Equality from May 2013 to September 2017, managing funder relations and overseeing grant proposals. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Cite Design, and publicist positions at Warner Bros. Records and Vagrant Records, where Fernando led media campaigns and managed press departments. Fernando holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art History, Criticism, and Conservation from UCLA.
