Business And Finance Scholar at Hispanic Heritage Foundation

Emerly Rubi Campusano is an active advocate and leader at the University of Southern California, currently serving as the Advocacy Liaison for the Black Student Assembly and the Vice President of the Black Business Student Association. With experience as a Resident Assistant, Emerly fosters community engagement within the residential environment. As a Jumpstart Team Leader for AmeriCorps, Emerly manages and trains a team to educate local preschoolers. Additionally, Emerly has contributed as a Curriculum Developer for the HEROES Youth Mentorship Program and gained valuable experience during an internship with ALDI USA as a District Manager Intern. Emerly is on track to graduate from the University of Southern California in May 2025 after completing a high school diploma at All City Leadership Secondary School in 2021.

Since being established by The White House in 1987, the Hispanic Heritage Foundation (HHF) has identified, inspired, prepared, and positioned Latino leaders in the classroom, community, and workforce to meet America's priorities. HHF is a 501 (c)3 non-profit organization focused on "a Latino helping hundreds more"​ through year-round programs including: Hispanic Heritage Youth Awards, Latinos on Fast Track (LOFT), Hispanic Heritage Awards (HHAs), Multi-Media Public Awareness Campaign.
