Ela Hernandez

Ela Hernandez currently serves as the Assistant County Attorney for Miami-Dade County since 2024. In addition to this role, Ela Hernandez has been active with the Hispanic National Bar Association since September 2015, holding various leadership positions including Deputy Regional President for Region VIII (Florida), Law School Liaison, National Secretary, National Deputy Vice President of Programs, National President of the Young Lawyers Division, President Elect of the Young Lawyers Division, National Deputy Vice President of Regions and Affiliates, and Regional Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division for Region VIII (Florida). Ela Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Florida International University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
