Jeremy A. Garcia has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations. Jeremy A. currently holds the position of Chair Emeritus at the National Latina/o Law Student Association and previously served as the National Chair and National Vice-Chair. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Alumni Relations at the same organization. Jeremy also served as the Deputy of the VP of Regions and Affiliates at the Hispanic National Bar Association. Jeremy A. gained industry experience at Thomson Reuters in the Practical Law - Capital Markets & Corporate Governance Division. Prior to this, Jeremy worked as a Student Fellow and Social Media Intern at the Metropolitan Black Bar Association. Jeremy A. also interned as a Judicial Summer Intern for the Hon. Joseph A. Zayas at the New York Supreme Court Appellate Division - Second Department. Earlier in their career, Jeremy held the position of Telecommunications Technician at Hunter College and served as a Teaching Assistant at Queens College.

Jeremy A. Garcia's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Judicial Studies from John Jay College (CUNY), which they obtained from 2004 to 2008. Jeremy A. then pursued a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree with a specialization in Management and Operations from the same institution, John Jay College (CUNY), from 2009 to 2012. Currently, Jeremy is attending Penn State Dickinson Law, where they are expected to complete a Doctor of Law - JD degree from 2020 to 2023.
