Arelis Dilone

Arelis Dilone possesses extensive experience in educational program management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Youth FORCE Program Manager at Hispanic Unity of Florida, Inc. since June 2022, Arelis previously held the position of Treasurer at The Charter Schools of Excellence and served as the Assistant Director of Operations/Marketing at the Florida Consortium of Public Charter Schools. Arelis began a career in education as an Academic Supervisor at Colegio Bilingue New Horizons and has also worked in various roles, including customer success and management in previous positions at 71lbs and Prodacom R.D. Notably, Arelis's foundational experience in administrative support stemmed from the role of Bilingual Executive Secretary at LAAD Caribe, S.A.
