Mechelle Allen

Mechelle Allen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Finance Manager at Hispanics in Philanthropy since February 2020. In addition, Mechelle is a Co-Owner of MERO clothing, an e-commerce women's retail clothing store, established in August 2013. Previous roles include finance positions at Edtec, where expertise was provided to charter schools from July 2011 to April 2019, and an accountant role at Basic American Foods from January 2009 to April 2011. Additional experience includes positions at Round Table Pizza, the City of Oakland, CEDLI, Rate is Low Brokers & Pacific Mortgage Group, the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, and the Economic Opportunity Council, accumulating a diverse skill set in finance, accounting, and business management.
