Esther Riobó

Esther Riobó is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Hispasat since January 2009, where responsibilities include leading the Regulatory Affairs team and ensuring compliance for the Hispasat Group. Previously, Esther held roles as Regulatory Counsel and Legal Officer at Hispasat, focusing on licensing for satellite services and general legal matters. Prior experience includes working as a Financial & Budget Analyst at Orange from June 2003 to January 2009, where budgeting and financial analysis were key responsibilities. Esther holds a Master of Laws in Advanced Studies in Air and Space Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
