Kelly Duncan

Kelly Duncan has extensive work experience in compensation and total rewards. Kelly is currently the Vice President of Global Compensation & Total Rewards at Inotiv, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Assistant Vice President of Total Rewards & HR Shared Services at dormakaba Americas from August 2020 to January 2022. From March 2019 to August 2020, Kelly served as the Director of Total Rewards & Performance Optimization at Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions. Before that, they had a long tenure at Wabash National, starting as the Payroll Manager in May 1999 and progressing to roles such as Compensation Manager and Director of Compensation and Benefits. Kelly'sresponsibilities at Wabash National included managing payroll operations, overseeing compensation and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Kelly Duncan obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Kelly further pursued their education at the same university and completed their Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their degrees, Kelly obtained certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) from World at Work in October 2012 and PHR (Professional in Human Resources) from the HRCI (HR Certification Institute) in June 2009.
