Donald Coutts

Donald Coutts has over 25 years of experience in information security and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Since June 2007, Donald has worked at Historic Environment Scotland as an Information Security Officer and GIS Technician. Prior experience includes serving as a GIS Officer focused on Animal Health & Welfare and as a Policy Assistant at The Scottish Government from October 1998 to June 2007. Donald holds a Master of Arts degree in Scottish, Medieval, and Modern History from the University of Glasgow, which was earned between 1991 and 1996, and completed education at Stewart's Melville College from 1984 to 1991.
