Elena Fertonani

Elena Fertonani has experience working as a Commercial Systems Analyst at Historic Environment Scotland, where Elena is responsible for managing the daily workings of commercial systems and supporting sites and customers. Prior to this, Elena worked as a Ticketing Supervisor at Hub Tickets for the Edinburgh International Festival, where Elena supervised staff and provided excellent customer service. Elena also has experience as a Box Office Supervisor at Underbelly Limited for Edinburgh's Christmas Festival. Elena holds a Master's Degree in International Festival and Event Management from Edinburgh Napier University and a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages, Tourism, and Economics from Università di Trento.
