Naran Jallim, Ph.D., MS., SPHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Currently, Naran is serving as the Director of Human Resources at Historic Hudson Valley. Prior to this role, Naran held positions such as Adjunct Faculty Instructor and Thesis Advisor at Nyack College. Naran also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Family Centers and Amber Court Assisted Living, where they were responsible for various HR projects and activities. Additionally, Naran served as an HR Generalist and Executive Director at Brookdale, where they oversaw HR functions and directed personnel, training, and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Naran worked as an HR Generalist and Business Office & Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, where they were involved in talent acquisition and new hire processes.
