Alexandra Rowe-Mayer has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Alexandra began their career at Merlin Entertainments as a Rides and Attractions Team Leader. Alexandra then moved on to Elmbridge Borough Council, where they served as a Museum Officer, overseeing various responsibilities such as education programming, collections management, and conservation. Alexandra went on to work at the London Borough of Bromley as a Museum Education Officer, where they developed and delivered educational programs and managed a popular family learning club. Alexandra then joined Past Pleasures Ltd. as an Education Manager, responsible for the company's education programs and team. Currently, they are employed at Historic Royal Palaces as an Events and Partnerships Manager, leading the Family Festival program and managing the Tudors on Tour offsite festival. From 1999 to 2004, Alexandra held a role at Merlin Entertainments, gaining experience in leading a team.
Alexandra Rowe-Mayer pursued their education in Archaeology from 2001 to 2003 at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, where they completed their BA (hons) degree. Following this, from 2004 to 2005, they attended UCL and obtained their MA in Cultural Heritage Studies.
