Andrew Jackson is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in both military and heritage sectors. Currently serving as Tower Director at Historic Royal Palaces since May 2019, Andrew oversees operations and development for the Tower of London, a prominent UK heritage site attracting 2.8 million visitors with an £82 million income. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Chief Training and Development at Headquarters Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, leading strategic planning for a 500-strong NATO HQ, and served as a Team and Project Leader at the Cabinet Office during critical government crisis responses. Andrew's military background includes positions such as Director of Operations for Army Recruiting and Training Division, Deputy Commander of Task Force Helmand, and Head of Army Public Relations. Andrew holds a BA(Hons) in History from the University of York and an MA in Military Studies from Cranfield University.
